Light-weight paint-brush scanner.

Polar scanner with 3-axis encoding. This scanner allows for paintbrush mode inspections. Three axes are encoded: extension (R), rotation (Theta) and Skew (Theta 3):
– θ axis: 360° rotational support
– R axis : extension carbon composite arm
– θ3 axis: 360° skewing angle.
